“The last two times that my Band, Crew and I played at the Grand Hotel in Mornington we had the manager Jane Williams looking after all the necessary requirements, of which there are many.
Without a doubt Jane looked after every aspect of what my Band and Crew required, this doesn’t happen often and her attention to detail was memorable and appreciated....and the gigs went really well”

The Shipwrights Arms - Hobart, Tasmania
"Jane moved back to Tasmania in September 2015 and took on the position of managing Shipwrights Arms Hotel in Battery Point. Shipwrights Arm is a historic hotel that had not been renovated or upgraded in over twenty years. When I took over the Shipwrights Arms, Jane and I immediately started an action plan to reinvigorate the hotel. Priority number one was organizing the right team of almost all new staff and the training required to set new benchmarks. New menus and wine lists, professional cleaning of the kitchen, new equipment, new website, venue emails and new phone lines followed. A rebranding with a new logo and a fresher more professional feel were also significant goals. Jane’s role encompassed all this, as well as looking after all hotel guests, staff, contractors and suppliers, and ensuring all areas of the business were running smoothly. She was the perfect person for the job.
Jane has a very healthy work ethic, charismatic personality and strong organizational skills. She is ideally suited to the industry, inherits a sense of ownership, and charts a sensible and practical course."

Caves House - Yallingup, Western Australia
"We engaged with Jane at Caves House Hotel Yallingup to prepare a Public Interest Assessment (PIA) for a new bottle shop as an extension of our licensed area. This is normally carried out by a law firm from start to finish however she collate all information required in preparation, saving the company the cost of this leg work. She worked on a timeline for each section that was to be handed to the law firm for approval and strict deadlines set by the Western Australian liquor, gaming and licensing. The development and approval of the PIA included; Extensive geographical, socioeconomic, demographicresearch and all aspects of building regulations and approvals, council planning approval, WHS regulations, environment and cultural heritage considerations, and community and government support.
The bottle shop was opened without any issues and her employment was extended as Public Relations Manager due to her proven value to the company."
